With the design of this asset, I've made it abundantly clear that there is nothing to buy here, and nobody to sell anything. But cims being cims, they still don't get it. They'll come here to work and to shop as if nothing was wrong.

All jokes aside, here you have a little commercial building from Duisburg (as if that wasn't obvious), with a trashed, vandalized and overgrown lot.
