For those who still play Stellaris 2.1: I created a new AI mod which is based on Glavius's work, but my mod goes much deeper and have a lot of unique features, leading to much better AI.

@Gatekeeper lol no its okay dude thanks for the feedback you gave me the answer I am looking for cause if you haven't needed to maintain this mod that tells me it doesn't conflict with it meaning I was using another mod conflicting with my fleet command.

@Valaso - This was so long ago, I have no idea anymore, sorry.
