Description
Make sure to type in snd_restart


This mod is essentially RE4 but with the main sounds such as grenades, RPG/AT4s, and IED/C4 being changed to that of Saving Private Ryan for all distances. The bullet cracks are now its own separate mod so people can enjoy both without being forced to use them together.


WARNING: This mod is loud. Be smart with the volume.


Sounds Replaced:

- C4, IED, RPG-7, AT4, ANM-14, M203, GP-25, SMOKE, M67, F1 FRAG, FLASHBANG
- Flare Gun

FAQ


Q: This mod is too loud! Can you change it?
A: No.


Q: The entire mod or parts of it won't work even though I'm subscribed.
A: The Source Engine doesn't always load your sound mods as soon as you get in game. Open Insurgency's console while your in game and type snd_restart. That usually fixes it. Note that this command will disable your mic for a match. Don't panic, it'll come back in the next one.


Q: I keep hearing this ear-rape sound after explosions go off. Why is this?
A: This is a client side issue (affects all sound mods for Ins 2014). Verify your cache or reinstall the game. Most people aren't affected by this, but those who were fixed it by doing this.


Q: Are you going to keep updating this mod?
A: No.

You could remove the bullet cracks, post them seperate and list it as a required mod for this one. That way they are notably connected and people who use different bullet crack addons (or want just the bullet cracks from here) can also use this.
