This asset is a simple bowling center. One of those that can be seen in the outskirts or in a small/medium rural town.
I've also created a flashing sign for this building: the pin and the bowling ball light up alternately.

@bdprindle for the theme, since I'm using Theme Mixer mod it's a bit hard to tell you exactly where every surface comes from...
For the LUT I'm using one of those included in "Relight" mod by Ronyx69
