Modern Guns

Description
This mod adds modern guns like machine guns, tank guns, artillery guns. With different types of projectiles.
Mod is now finished and has full crafting support.
gun list:
- 30 cal machine gun
- 50 cal machine gun
- 20mm cannon
- 37mm cannon
- 75mm cannon from super short to long variant
- 88mm cannon in long and short variant with brake variants
- 105mm cannon from super short to long variant with brake variants
- 150mm cannon from super short to long variant with brake variants
- 800mm "cannon"

All the cannons, (except for the machine guns and 800mm) have AP, HE, HE tracer, Flak
There are also smoke shells for 75, 88 and 105mm

The guns are shot by keybinding using the remote rope mechanism.

To load the gun you only have place an ammo box next to it and put your desired ammo inside.
You can choose from normal ammo or red, orange tracers. You can mix ammo inside the ammo box, it will pick the ammo from left to right one by one.


All hand weapons have been moved to the new mod: Modern Small Arms

- mortar 60mm
- hand grenade
- panzerfaust (rpg)
-metal detector, mine warning flag and sign

The lasers are not really outdated. Still work perfectly fine. They are creative only.

Those predate any of the actual modern guns and were always intended as just toys, they probably ought to just be removed from the mod as they are extremely old and outdated.

I've not seen this mentioned by anyone, but there's two "Laser guns" as well as a "Battery Box" as buildable blocks, as well as "energy" as an item. This isn't stated to exist anywhere that I know of, but I managed to figure out that they were from this mod. A few problems:
-I don't know how to craft/build anything except the battery box, which the recipe for seems really odd/cheap
-I don't know where any documentation for these things is, they're certainly not mentioned on this page
-I don't know if there's any other way to use energy, or ways of generating it, or any way to make a "creative battery" which would be a creative-only block that would supply infinite energy/ammo to the lasers.

Some answers would be greatly appreciated.

Figurednit out. It is crafted in royal forge. (It took me hour to figure that) build reforged steel plates. From these stronger pipes. (Game says advanced steel pipes so confusion was there) and from these gun barrel segments. Tutoriál is just like "reforge steel ingot" but dont say in what crafting station etc. It can be confusing for not english speaker

First craft reforged steel ingots, then in the forge craft steel plates (which is a recipe that's hidden unless you have the prerequisite), then craft pipes (which is also hidden and requires plates)

Hi Peaceman. Im playing induatrial engineers modpack now and finally got to part, where we build guns from this mod. I finally got all parts except one, advanced steel pipes for crafting gun barrel parts. Only problem is i cant find any crafting block for it. Gun parts? Yep, in forge, but advanced steel pipes? Cant find where to craft it. Maybe I missed some progress but Im not sure.

it would be cool if you add sound to the falling artillery shells
