This asset is built using pedestrian path.
It has been reported in other threads that the pedestrian path asset is incompatible with the old mod "Extra Landscaping Tools".
If you are using "Extra Landscaping Tools", please remove it and try using it.
It fits with the Great Wall asset, surprisingly enough, and I managed to make "parks" out of it, which are really gatehouses and castles that fit inside roundabouts.
As with Pavement Path, you can change the height with "PageUp" & "PageDown". You can change the height from 0m to 24m. Try it!

By the way, as I am also a Total War fan and an RTS veteran, I couldn't help but notice that Skylines could be modded in such a way to custom-build fortifications.
