Introducing a young Pin Oak (Quercus palustris) tree. It's native to North America mainly from the Midwest to Eastern United States. It's also known as "Swamp Tree" as it originally grows in swampy areas. This tree is introduced in many places around the world including Australia and used mainly for landscaping and street trees. It is short lived compared to many other oak species living up to 120 years.

This tree asset is my first tree made with variations enabled. This means as you plop the "Pin Oak" it will automatically change between 3 variations. That's 3 different tree models and textures for subtle variety.
If you choose this tree via the "Find It" https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837734529 mod, you can choose the trees separately if you want. Works well with Network Skins mod.

I made an extra one named "Pin Oak 1" which is the original version of the 3 variants so it can be plopped independently without triggering variations as a choice. So this is technically a 4 piece set.

STATS:
Pin Oak 1- 926 tris
Pin Oak 2- 848 tris
Pin Oak 3- 704 tris
All have 1024 textures. Pin Oak and Pin Oak 1 are the same tree models with the same textures.
