Beskrivning

This adds a modified, more versatile version of the ChargeFire.lua to the game (not overwriting the original ChargeFire).
It allows a sound to be played upon charging the weapon, and to spawn particles (necessary for ejecting cartridges).
Will be used in some/many of the guns i'll be making from now on, so be sure you have it installed!
