Report a translation problem
As for the transparency, both sides are equally transparent, but if one side is brighter than the other (such as in direct sunlight) it's going to be harder to see them. I tried to strike a balance where you could still see them but it wouldn't be too much, and I think I succeeded. One notch brighter is a bit too much, in my testing. The adjustment is VERY sensitive.
Additionally, it appears that maybe one side is more transparent than the other? I had trouble seeing the blue screen while placing blocks like the filler ones. It was soo transparent that I couldn't see what I was doing with the blocks that have no frames.
