**Request** Bloocobalt's HD Combine reskin

Description
This reskins Combine to BlooCobalt's HD Combine. This is faithful to the original Valve Combine. The only thing that's changed much is that Zombine now is consistent (It used a pre-release Combine Soldier sheet and had an odd blood-less spot on the shoulder) and that Prison Shotgun Guard is more different than normal Prison Guard. This only reskins the materials, so probably should work with playermodels too (the models still keep colorable materials) and is compatible with Combine Soldier Melee Pack by JimTheCookie.

its probably something up with the mod, because the console is telling me this

i did the menu_cleanupgmas trick, the soldier and shotgunner still dont look quite right, am i doing something wrong?

to anyone wondering how to get the glowing eyes install this addon (it is a reupload because the original got deleted or hidden or some shit like that)
