描述
In the 1960's Jacques Cousteau saw around him the rapid progression of the Deep Submergence Vehicle or DSV from a rare novelty to a ubiquitous and effective tool. Long needing such a vehicle of his own but lacking the funding, the support, and the space aboard Calypso for such a large and heavy vehicle he instead turned to his own genius and ingenuity. Coined "Troika" because it looked remarkably similar to a Russian sled, Cousteau could drag it across the bottom of the ocean and photograph the deepest and darkest parts of the ocean while all from the safety of his ship and at a very low cost.

OPERATION:
- Use the Jumbo crane to bring it over the stern of Calypso and connect it to the stern winch.
- Lower it to the bottom and begin dragging it along the sea floor, I recommend at a speed no greater then 6KTS.
- Return to the Radio Room and turn on which ever TV's you choose and select the appropriate Camera Feed and explore the deep!
*Note: The cable length (as you might know) is only 100M so this device is only effective to that depth. If the Troika rolls over or flips, it is self righting. Slow your speed and it should roll back over onto its skis.

ENJOY!

YoJo715, I just now got a chance to take a look at this, and the new update. It would seem the video feed had been broken and is now fixed. As for the connector it must be connected to the cable at the stern of Calypso to receive power for the connector. ENJOY!

The connector on the crane itself doesn't seem to be working
