Improved Archery

Description
Adds three new craftable elemental arrow types, a new sprite for arrows, and a high-tech bow that shoots three shots at a time. Also makes compound bows more common.

Still works as of fall 2024. Also an essential mod that should be mainlined into the 1.0 release!!
