Sorry if it has been already explained but am i correct in assuming Lu Bu's greatest warriors mechanic is disabled in his 190ce start? or is it a bug on my end?

im using mods in this order:

4. Better AI Templates 更好的AI配兵

7. 1.7.2 BUG FIX

So me and my friend are having issue while playing multiplayer campaign with Han sui and Gao Gan. Everything was going fine, but after turn 14 we end turn and after we see ai Gong du turn game desyncs and then crashes. We tried multiple times and same thing happened.

Are these factions we are playing bugged or what can be causing this?
