HL2TS2 Citizen Models Overhaul

After sweat and tears, I bring you..
HL2TS2 overhaul based on the original TS2 models.

The addon itself was hurried due to a server I was making it for - therefore, there might be some clipping with some of the bodygroups (depending on the model), but overall it should look alright.. might fix these issues in the future.

Point of this was to make clothing items actually appear on your body rather than having them roleplayed and allow for more character customization.

CW plugin can be found on Cloud Sixteen.
