Adds 3 new Tiers of Balanced Solar Panels for the new ore distribution of Vanilla game
( no uranium on Planets )

Supports all DLCs (Currently latest is Signal)

Increase the performance of your server and game reducing the spam of solar panels !

Improve your survival experience adding Ore Distrobution with this mod.



Tier 1 ( Gold ) Available on Planets ( Expensive Early Game )

Gold Solar panel
Resource cost x4 + Gold Solar Cells ( x8 on Small Ship / x32 on Large Ship )

Max Power Output:
  • Small Ship: 160 Kw
  • Large Ship: 640 Kw


Tier 2 ( Black ) Available on Space ( Mid Game )

Black Solar panel
Resource cost x16 + Black Solar Cells ( x8 on Small Ship / x32 on Large Ship )

Max Power Output:
  • Small Ship: 640 Kw
  • Large Ship: 2.560 Kw


Tier 3 ( Red ) Available on Space ( Expensive End Game )

Red Solar panel
Resource cost x32 + Red Solar Cells ( x8 on Small Ship / x32 on Large Ship )

Max Power Output:
  • Small Ship: 1.280 Kw
  • Large Ship: 5.120 Kw

All Tiers with models, textures and LODs

Can you add the cost/recipe for the different solar cells to the mod description. I currently have 20 large cargo containers worth of Silicon wafers. Trying to find a good use for them that won't lag everything else or cost me a fortune in rare materials.

The fix will be appreciated if you got it, btw i have to check the numbers with the vanilla solar panels, i will update this mod tomorrow, at least in numbers.

Cool mod. Found an issue: Red panel LODs are same as Vanilla blue solars. Got a way to fix it?
