Understood, thank you for the reply. It takes a lot of hand-crafting to make a city look good and realistic, so I can see why many would like the flexibility to hand-place all the little details and decorations. I, for one, am too lazy and big-thinking to spend much time fiddling around with that aspect of the game so I tend to prefer well-furnished assets. Thanks again.

This one is undecorated. It seems like more people prefer undecorated assets, but I could be wrong.

Is the low-rise condo supposed to include built-in props and pavement? The mid and high-rise ones both have pavement and/or trees but this one is just by itself. Great condos, by the way!
