tf2 is free, so it's not like there's much of a "get it" involved, just installing the content. if your parents really don't allow you to do that or whatever it is, then there is this site i learned of a while back from before i bought valve complete that i used for getting those sweet cs:s textures.

you can scroll down there to "team fortress 2" there and it's got the content for the game. no guarantees from me you won't end up with a virus from this, though, and it's probably out of date, so really use it at your own risk. installing tf2 through steam is the better option.
