Bunch of fixes and improvements-Another Camera Fix

Description
I made this mod for personal use but decided to upload to workshop anyway.

This mod changes the annoying camera on Bunch of fixes and improvements mod by Adnan.
I used stock camera fix mod by RaoulKosching as base and just moved the camera little up, nothing more.

Install it however you like
If you want to install manually just go to your steam folder steamapps/workshop/content/497180/1850523661/
and copy cars folder to your games main folder.

I guess this can be used without the original mod, as it contains most of the changes:
-Fixed weight for all cars (based on real life cars)
-Improved weight distribuction for all cars
-Improved external camera for all cars
-Improved internal camera for all cars
-Improved driver position for all cars
-Improved tachometer and speedometer for all cars (still not perfect)
-Improved handling for all cars
-Improved steering help for all cars
-Improved bots handling
And the rest of the changes would be overwritten by other useful mods anyway.
