Accurate Half-Life 2 Beta Weapons

More accurate ports of some of the weapons from the Half-Life 2 Beta

Changes:
Ice-Axe has longer range and faster firing speed.
Ice-Axe now has C-Hands
Ice-Axe has correct sound definitions.
Immolator has had a whole rework done to it.
Immolator uses the plasma damage type now.
Immolator uses more sounds.

Immolator has two variants "Leaknet colors" and "Beta colors".

Commands:
brickbat_killcrabs: Should the player be able to kill the headcrabs they throw? Default 0
brickbat_playerfriendly: Should thrown headcrabs be friendly to all players? Default 0
"sk_plr_dmg_iceaxe" How much damage the primary attack for the Ice-Axe does: Default 10
"sk_plr_dmg_iceaxe_alt" How much damage the secondary attack for the Ice-Axe does: Default 20
"sk_plr_dmg_flare_round" The amount of contact damage the flare gun deals: Default 12
