Today i tried your chair, about 50 pieces i placed. Then i lost about 4 billions a day for maintance. Can you fix that please?

The chair satisfies rest + 10%. I did not set any income because we can only set income per hour per chair weather a pax is sitting in them or not. If anyone wants an income version I can make it.
