This is the part two of the PKP Polskie Koleje Państwowe Pack (eng. Polish State Railways)

This set contains freight waggons used by the Polish railway operators throughout the years.

The types included are 7 open waggons, 9 gondolas (hoppers) and 10 covered waggons.

You can see what else is used for it in the game. But your guess is probably correct.

I have no info about garbage carts in PKP, maybe they use gravel type carts for garbage. I have no idea...

East Germany was the inheritor of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (pre-1945 assets). East Germany used pre-1945 locomotives and rolling stock up until 1989 in some cases and in specific industries. This is also where many of the steam locomotives, subway trains from Berlin and rolling stock originated as war reparations to the USSR. East Germany was the East Bloc designated provider for the majority of passenger cars and other specialty cargo cars. East German passenger cars were sold as far away as Ghana and the PRC. In case anyone wondered why the Eastern German rails retained the name 'Reichsbahn' (Imperial Rail), it is because Sweden was a majority stockholder in the firm, and the name was not able to be legally changed by the communist government without their consent. The currency of exchange between East Bloc nations was the 'Convertible Rubel', set with pre-agreed exchange rates from each nation for ease in trade between socialist nations.
