Advanced (Urban) Rappelling ACE Compat

Description
This simple Compatibility mod fixes issues inbetween Advanced Urban Rappelling/Advanced Rappelling and ACE 3.

Due to the newly introduced "Save extra ammo" setting from ACEs Crew Serviced Weapons Addon Options, a "bug" has been introduced. Every time you would Rappel from a Helicopter or a Building using either of the two mods, Titan AA Missiles would spawn in the air. This is due to the mod using the Titan AA Launcher as a reference point for Rappelling.
This Compat replaces the Launcher and thus removes this unwanted side-effect.

I am wondering what's wrong. Do I have to keep pushing a key to get down? Because when I do so, I ended up falling most of the time.
At least, no missiles are spawning. 8-)))
