把scout改成毛瑟kar-98k狙击步枪，超远的射程可在800米一发毙命
属性修改包含：
（1）5发固定弹仓
（2）5倍穿透力和射程
（3）100倍伤害
（4）无后座
（5）光速掏枪和换弹
（6）正常射速
有原始数据的版本，要的换另一个订阅

The deploy animation will be on the normal speed,but we can fire before the animation finished
