About the only thing on your list that isn't on the workshop is Fred Myer and QFC.

@meapcity A lot of those already exist on the workshop. There are several Payless Shoe Source . There's a JC Penny, a believe two Macy's, several Target stores , a Lowe's that is actually really good, loads & loads of 7 Eleven (which you could combine with vanilla gas station buildings). And @cono has made nearly every one of the gas stations you're asking for.

can you make an Alberson's, Best Buy, Office Depot/Max, Payless Shoe Source, Old Navy, JCPenny, Macy's, Target, Lowe's, Fred Myer, QFC, Smith's Food and Drug Supermarket, 7 Eleven with and without gas station, AMPM, Circle K, 76 Gas Station, Chevron, Shell, Texaco, TA, Philips 66, Pilot/Flying J it's a lot but I love your work
