@story teller
You can try to see if it works without an update.
I am busy fixing computer that has all the Development programs set up.

Beware last I heard Prosthetic Combat Framework may still have a bad interaction with Ideology DLC.

This mod says it requires Medical System Expansion - Revived but that mod page says it is a legacy version and the continuation is Medical System Expansion 2, can I use that or would I need to use Revived?

is there a way to make these auto-usable by pawns?

I'll give this mod a whirl whenever what StealthCharm asked happens—a shame MSE2 became an standalone version that is incompatible with MSE1, unfortunately.
