This building is based on Alpha 11. Although, it will be retired very soon with another one.

In fact, there are kitchens and canteens in the Dual Tower, have you tried hiring cooks?

I do not recall building an executive yacht so I can not help you with resolving your other issue.

Also, the side rooms of the Executive Yacht, at the ground floor, have no entrance.

I've decided to make use of your building, though came across a (possibly glaring) oversight. There is no designated room for kitchen / canteen mechanics, causing people to complain about low social interaction. I managed to bandaid fix it by applying water coolers in all rooms, but it's only a small fix.
