There was Jane's Mod, everyone was happy.
Then Jane released Jane's Mod V2, most players weren't happy.
in 2012, Smeggy87 (AKA Steve) and MicaLovesKPOP (AKA HazewinDog) made Mod 3; a spiritual successor to Jane's Mod V2.

The aim was to make a better Mod than Jane's Mod V2.
- Mod3 doesn't contain any of the bloat that came with Jane's Mod V2
- Mod3 is more polished than Jane's Mod and Jane's Mod V2
- Mod3 completely overhauled the wheel files and setups, with the aim to create a more enjoyable gameplay than Jane's Mod V2 (which was heavily criticized for its poor gameplay compared to earlier versions)

Unfortunately the community would soon fall apart and Mod3's release ended up being too little too late.

Maybe it can see adoption now that Redline Edition is out!
