Early Winter

Want a little snow while there is still some green grass around? This theme is for you! Requires Snowfall DLC.

Made for cities that have snow in winter but are not snow-covered year round. There are no Northern Lights, the sun is at a lesser latitude and longitude and the moon is larger and the night brighter. There is a 33% chance of snowfall in day and a 70% chance at night, but temperatures are much milder in the day, ranging up to 25 degrees Celcius as a daytime high.

There is still some green grass and some fall crop, though the fallen leaves are everywhere. Some trees are bare, there is snow on some, and some snowfall, though it doesn't stick...yet.
