Update of Shinzys mod

- Adds a Viking faction with Medival weapons, plus some more advanced that they stole

Behold the Norbals of the Rim, Fearless and hairy! They would not be so strong if they had to live beerless and without dairy!
It kinda rhymes and that is the point so hide your dimes cause they willll wreck your joint! "Hurf" says the proud Rimkins, the Norbals of the north!

Vikings, they are tougher than normal human beings and thrive in colder climates.
They really, really hate heat.

seems to me like the point of this is to be a horn helmed fantasy viking rather than realistic

The horned and winged helmets make the exhausted screams of my ancestors ring in my skull. Any chance of a version without that 18th century play write nonsense? Please for Odins sake...

For some reason issues with Star Wars Force and Races
Config error in NorbalSnorb: Cheapest weapon with one of my weaponTags costs 72 but weaponMoney min is 58, so could end up weaponless.

@Kurugane I think the pict is only the armor, not a faction.
But I can add a modoption to remove the belts, ill look at it later today

I use a combination of Rimhammer and Factions Expanded Expanded: Medieval.
I think Rimhammer is the hard removal one, while VFE:M just makes things harder to obtain.
