Single Garages - PACK

This is my second pack of garage props. This one features one car garages, based heavily on, and sharing textures with the first pack of two car garages.

This pack contains three single car detatched garages typical of many American suburbs built in the early 20th Century. All three feature a custom foundation for slight slopes. I plan to use these with a series of residential assets that I have planned for the near future. Find them with "Find it" by searching for PIT garage. Please give a "thumbs up" if you like my assets.

Garage 4 features ashlar stone veneer with a green tiled hip roof.

Garage 5 is brick with stucco Tudor style gables, and a green Spanish tiled clipped gable roof. Four color variations are included for the brick.

Garage 6 is also brick with a standard gable roofline with slate shingles. It also features four color variations for the brick.

Textures: 512x512, d, n, s, c* (no color map on garage 4). These are shared with garage pack 1 (double garages), so if you have the loading screen mod they will only load once saving on load times.
