Quan Chi's Famous Leg Rip

Probably one of the funniest fatalities ever created, now you can have your wrestlers reenact that time where Quan Chi beat his opponent silly with their own leg with this submission move that took me THREE DAMN DAYS TO MAKE

It doesn't really resemble the original MK4 version because I used the MKTX recreation of this finisher as reference. Since this is a Fire Pro move, the opponent's leg magically regenerates at the end of the move.

Also this basically spoils who my next character is going to be, so stay tuned!

(7/4 edit: fixed it so that the ref doesn't ask BOTH characters if they're going to tap out, and massively nerfed the damage, added self-damage to stamina to balance it a bit better)
