Whoopie Cushion was done to a seated opponent, I was going to take a stab at it but if jamesrah already made it it's definitely in good hands, I'll move on. Thanks again for the great moves!

PS to DJKM - was Doink's whoopie cushion done to a standing or lying down opponent? I'm forgetting off-hand. Asking because I thought I remembered seeing a standing version in one of the Japanese files.
Other old school moves that are missing (unless I've missed a Japanese player's release):
Ronnie Garvin's Garvin Stomp
Oriental Spike (Terry Gordy)
Catfight (every valet ever)
Double Goozel (Midnight Express)
Vegomatic (Midnight Express)
Double Headbutt (SST)
Double Flapjack (Midnight Express)
Gravedigger (Midnight Express, Avalanche Bearhug Slam)
And of course the one that got away, unless we can make it out of unused hand forms, a proper Flash Paper Fireball (Sheik, Lawler, Eddie Gilbert)
Not requests, just the things left on my list of missing moves after going through the workshop these last couple of weeks.
Diving Seated Senton - Doink
Swinging Full Nelson - Ken Patera
Multiple drop kick rush
Hangman’s Hold - mostly used 50s/70s
Fargo Strut
Rocket Launcher - Fantastics
Nikolai Volkoff backbreaker
Big Bossman Punch
Frog Splash elbow
That should cover the biggest moves missing from my old Returns list.
