Description
An all inclusive starter entrance based on Japanese Botanic Gardens.
Includes all necessary buildings and power, except for restrooms.
Includes guest spawn and zoo entrance

NOTES*
-All buildings are accessible if you use regular paths (not staff paths)
-Use the "Q" and "E" keys to drop below roofs for better access when path building
-The courtyard has space for tables, benches, and bins (see screenshots)
-PLACE ON FLAT LAND or buildings will not be accessible by paths
-Delete original guest spawn and zoo entrance for maximum effect
