Description: This is similar to the default Running Elbow Butt. The two changes are are in the immediate effect of the impact and the eventual fall. The defender's head recoils backwards after the elbow strike and they fall onto the ground at an angle that effects their head and neck more than the default. As a result, the damage parameters are a little higher.
