Welcome Warden to Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary or as the inmates call it The Rock. This has been America's ultra maximum security prison for 29 years until the high cost of maintenance. But with the increasing tension in today's society, there is an urgent need to renovate this old historical landmark. Are you up for the challenge to once again lock up the toughest of the tough?



You might be wondering why I decided to make the Rock when there is already one in the game? The simple reason is that the one in-game is inadequate as it does not show how the Island is today or how it functioned before when it was a prison. There is everything from tiny things to massive problems. The main being that the Island does not look like Alcatraz Island due to being round rather than oval-shaped like it is. There is also a problem where the facilities are placed. One example of this is that the mailroom is inside the main house when it was its own house on the island.

The biggest problem that had to be fixed after Island Bound DLC was released was the Alcatraz Island not being an actual Island. Instead of updating it with the new features, they reused a 5-year-old premade prison without any improvements. They had also listed the 2 old premade prisons as a feature.

A: The required mods are optional but it is highly recommended to get a realistic Alcatraz experience.

A: Open the prison go to extras - choose either map settings or mutators - add everything you want - HF, Done!
