Ceaser's Legion - Another Fallout Armour

So this is my Ceasers Legion mod, to go along with the NCR mod. Neither of which add a custom faction as they are just plug n' play armour mods.

Anyways, this mod adds eight new helmets and five new armours as well as a new start and research.

To craft the gear it is in the chainmail and plate benches at Tier 2.
