"Right Leg - Hospital, Left Leg - Cemetery"

Perhaps the single most iconic move in MMA history is Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic's deadly high left roundhouse kick to the head. A fearsome knockout weapon in both MMA and kickboxing, this version of the Cro Cop Left High Kick is executed after a shove to clear the grapple and step forward into Mirko's preferred southpaw stance.

It'll always use the rear leg, as all grapples are mirrored, but I generally see moves from that angle as "southpaw" techniques and the standard moves as "orthodox."
