It sounds like a steam error that occures from time to time, you have to remove the mod from your files folder, and download it again, should fix the issue.
Sometime I loose blocks from grid due to some mods at randome get files deleted by the steam workshop update.
Good thing for backup saves, then there is less to rebuild after reinstalling corrupted mod.

How do I fix this? The file is there.
