NCONZO (Národní centrum ošetřovatelství a nelékařských zdravotnických oborů)...(National Centre of Nursing and Non-medical Sanitary Specializations)...phew, I hope I've translated it correctly.
Don't get fooled by the balconies, this building has always been offering medical education, so it's classified as a medical university.
30 workers, 30 teachers, around 100 students. 50k-60k RUB in early years.
The building contains a road underneath it, so you can use it as a street.

Inspired by a real life building in Brno. Built between 1964 and 1969, architects Selzer Vladimír, Miloš Holeček, Vladimír Holič.

I have not tested it since that research update but I don't see a reason why it shouldn't.
