Destructible Tree Saplings

Description
Saplings and young stages of tree growth are made destructible by cutting and kinetic impact.

This mod is useful only if you plan on using offroad land vehicles. Together with "no bush collision mod" by Xaerthus https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2225848209 it makes it possible to pass through the foliage.

Comyniti version: same with and without mode. May be not working may be this functional was added to vanila.
