Ah ok, fair enough. I generally keep my Scott Steiners medium so it doesn't make much difference. I know it can be a pain in the ass to keep moves consistent at all sizes.

Hi Axebomber yeah you are right, I sort of specifically made this so that it will work with medium and bodybuilder sizes. I have not tested with others.

This and a few of the other double bicep poses seem to break in sizes other than medium, meaning the upper arms are too low and leave a gap between them and the forearms.
