Running Powerslam

Alternate Oklahoma Stampede-style running powerslam. Can throw the opponent out of the ring if too close to the ropes

Stats are the same as the default 'Stampede

Update: Messed with timing to give the slam a bit of a stall
Update 2: Didn't like how choppy it'd gotten, so I added a new frame to smooth it out
Update 3: Adjusted running distance/speed, and the attacker's leg positioning during the slam. Didn't re-gif it 'cause it's minor stuff, though, so it's not reflected there
