jet engine controller v1

General jet engine controller mc V1.

simple toggle button or key button to turn on with built in set idle (can be changed in properties)
2 throttle modes either 0-1 or 0-190 for set rps, this is seperate from idle rps (can also be changed in properties)
Support for electric motor start allowing for very quick starts
Some other bits and bobs like a built in toaster.

plz give credit if you use it and if their is some problem you see with the engine mc tell me.
I do know the screen needs work, just not in the mood to do it up.
