(OUTDATED) IEF v2.0 Sub-mod: Ekstra improvements

Description
DEVELOPER NOTE:
- I’ve made a new simpler version of this mod. I did cut a bunch of things also but it has become more operational than this version. Ultimately, from this patch, for the new patches, you should use the new version .
- This version will not get any updates.
- Needed Game version for this mod works properly: 1.10.*


What does this mod?

- Increases limit of the command power to 200
- No limit for using a field marshal as a general
- Cheaper to create a division template or edit a division
- Increases the limit of maximum xp to 9999
- Decreases manpower rate in the conscription laws (Decreases manpower in the army doctrines also)
- trade pp requirements (like manpower laws)
- mobilization laws cost and modifiers (Especially usa has civilian and infrastructure buff)

Which mods can create troubles with this mod?

Any mod that changes:
- These 3 laws
- Also, because i have changed the 'mobile warfare' and 'mass assault' doctrines, any mod that changes these any land doctrine in the game
- Limit of the command power
- using a field marshal as a general mechanic
- the cost of creating/editing division templates
- xp limit
will probably create conflicts and will not be compatible, so you should avoid using this mod with these kinds of mods.
