Hotel Continental

Beskrivning
Hotel Continental,
a luxurious 12-floors hotel with a heliport (just a decoration), inspired by a real life Hotel Continental in Brno, which was built between 1961 and 1964 (opened on 4th May 1964). Architects: Zdeněk Řihák, Alois Semela, Vladimír Kovařík.

Keep in mind, you must have the tourism update. If it has not been released in the stable version, you must enable the beta testing.

There's a chance I will update this building with some stats changes. The hotel type has not been described yet and there are some attractivness variables which I don't understand very well, so they can be setted too soft or too hard.

I'll do something about it, probably add a non-colliding heliport to place on the top of it.
But currently I can't tell you when exactly, I'm short on time these days, maybe in some evening while taking a rest.

I forgot about it but I have a better idea. I'll make a second version when the helicopters are added, so the helipad will work and the stats would be adjusted.

Thank you for pointing this out, I made this while knowing almost nothing about how hotels work. If I don't forget, I'll adjust it.

Very nice! I only have 1 suggestion: Because only 40 people can work in the hotel, the number of tourists which can be accomodated changes too drastically all the time. E.g. when some employees leave, this number drops immediately from 280 to 80 and goes up to 280 again when new employees arrive. Since it is impossible in this game to guarantee a constant level of people working at a place all the time, this is very disturbing. I guess it would help when more people can work at this hotel, so when a few leave it will not have such a dramatic effect.

The helipad is a decoration, meaning you can't land helicopters on it (and won't be able to even if they appear in the game)
