Correct Mass & Power Display

*Requires "Mega Garage Stuff" and "Event Fixes" (for correct power/class at garage and event check)

This mod fixes the calculation of mass and power* values.
This DOES NOT CHANGE ACTUAL SPEED/ACCELERATION/HANDLING OF CARS.

- correct mass value
- correct power value calculated from torque (by Gorgoil)
- torque and power value account for damage
- torque and power value are limited by redline

Improved Car Info
- correct kg/Nm ratio
- correct Nm to lb-ft and hp to kW conversion
- graph lines are limited by redline
- changed graph scale step to 300
- changed graph char to "-"
- more accurate graph
Options at CarInfo,java (0 -> Off, 1 -> On):
- 1 // proper graph lines instead of text (by EvilMcSheep), requires "Misc Stuff"
- 0 // option for old hp graph and value
- 0 // "Gorgoil's Car Info"
- 0 // option to show max torque/power like in "Gorgoil's Car Info"

Other
- improved brake balance adjustment slider:
fixed inverted range and corrected value display

Optional, to be enabled by installing
- "Gorgoil's Car Info" - more specs and power/torque above graph.
- "No Running Gear Assembly Order" - disables running gear assembly order
