Stat Changes -

Tempestus Scions:
Group size from 7 to 8
HP per model from 2 to 2.5 (for a total of 20 hitpoints)
Morale Max from 6 to 8
Trait added: Infiltrate (immune to overwatch attacks)

Hotshot Lasgun:
Attacks from 1 to 1.1
Damage from 1 to 1.1

My personal attempt at making Tempestus Scions a more enticing research pick.
