Description
The simplest splice I've ever done. I took the existing Shoutei counter and changed it into a punch. Changed the category to punch, the sound effect to the punch sound, increased the spirit damage by 2, and set the bleed probability to 2 (from zero). That's it.

Made for an old school heel type, since both wrestlers being on the top rope (with the "attacker's" (but actually defender in this case) back to the ring) could be said to obscure the official's vision ;)
