This building has been on my trello board for a long time. But I don't plan to do it any time soon.
Another similar building for billionaires is located at 834 5th Avenue.

Great work yet again! Have you thought about doing 740 Park Ave? Its a beautiful limestone building, and I believe the most exclusive address in Manhattan.
