Based roughly on Lancia Delta S4 rally race car.

Since the car is so small for 25cm per block stormworks and the 3x3 wheels have pretty a lot of bug, I don't guarantee it's handling. It's all depends on driver's skill.
You should know my strategy is for small car bonus and it's livery here by now.
